Bio

Tyler Broderick has been promoted to Senior Compliance Associate. Broderick joined the NJCAA National Office in November 2022 as a Legal & Compliance Associate. Before joining the NJCAA, Broderick was previously employed as a Human Resources Associate at Penn State University. Broderick graduated from Keuka College in 2021, earning his B.S. in Accounting and a Master’s degree in management while playing five years of NCAA Baseball.

Broderick is a State College, PA native and enjoys watching sports, playing golf, and coaching youth athletics in his free time. Broderick traveled with the USA Baseball All-Star team comprised of 24 NJCAA student-athletes in July 2024 to Haarlem, Netherlands for Honkbal Week where All-Star team made it to the championship game.
