Charlotte, NC – Day Two of the NJCAA's third annual Welcome Back Week showcased new staff members throughout member institutions. From new coaches to athletic directors, from athletic trainers to college presidents, leaders of NJCAA programs are vital to success of student-athletes. To promote the importance of staff at NJCAA schools, members took to social media on Tuesday to highlight the newest additions to campuses around the country.

The NJCAA highlighted a series of new staff members that recently joined the National Office staff as well, increasing the overalll staff to 20 full-time members. Take a look at a full social media recap from Tuesday's New Staff Introductions.
