The 2026 NJCAA Summer Seminar presented by Honest Game will be hosted in Charlotte on Monday, June 15 - Wednesday, June 17, 2026. Across three days, you’ll gain actionable insights, compliance clarity, and real-world solutions you can take back to your campus immediately. From managing high-risk game environments to navigating eligibility audits with confidence, every session is built to elevate your program. This program prepares institutions for the upcoming NJCAA Audit Guarantee by offering training and ongoing audit readiness through centralized eligibility management, real-time compliance validation, and continued support.

Following the completion of the 2026 Summer Seminar on Wednesday, June 17, the NJCAA Foundation will be hosting its annual Hall of Fame and Awards event on the evening of Thursday, June 18 at 6:30 PM ET at the Hilton Charlotte University Place.

Hotel Information and Hotel Registration:

A limited number of guest rooms have been blocked off for the NJCAA at the host hotel from Monday, June 15 through Thursday, June 18, 2026, with special pricing of $165.00 per night, plus taxes and fees. The room block will close on May 24, 2026. After that date rooms will be at the standard rate and availability is not guaranteed. Attendees are encouraged to complete hotel reservations as quickly as possible.
